Order Terms

Short and plain. These terms cover buying The Pro Box from this website. Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law.

What you're buying

The Pro Box: a pair of grip socks (S/M fits UK 4 to 7, L/XL fits UK 8 to 12), a roll of sports tape, the Pro Box training journal, a 750ml water bottle, a NUTRI-TEEN snack bar, three electrolyte sachets, a spiky massage ball and a drawstring kit bag. It's made for players aged 12 to 17. The picture on the site is an illustration, so the real items may look slightly different.

Price and payment

£37.99 with UK delivery included. That's the total: we're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on top and nothing else to pay.
You pay in full at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you get a receipt by email.

Delivery

UK addresses only.
Orders close at the end of 12 December 2026, or sooner if we sell out.
We post every box by 16 December 2026 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and send you the tracking. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 working days of posting.
If something goes wrong in the post, email us and we'll sort it with Royal Mail.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day the box arrives. Email info@matchdayclub.co.uk with your order email to tell us.
Before you post it back, take clear photos of the box and everything in it, and email them to us. We check what comes back against them, so we can agree the condition it left you in.
Send the box back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is on you, so use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage.
The snack bar and electrolyte sachets can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
You can look at the other items the way you would in a shop. If something's been used more than that, like socks worn in training, we may take the drop in its value off your refund.
We refund you within 14 days of getting the box back, or of you sending proof you posted it if that's sooner, to the card you paid with. The refund includes the delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged or missing items

Please check the box when it arrives. If anything's damaged, missing or faulty, email info@matchdayclub.co.uk with your order email and photos of:

the parcel as it arrived, outside and with the label showing
the inside of the box, with everything in it
the damaged or faulty item, up close

Photos of how the box arrived let us tell if something happened in the post and claim it from Royal Mail, so please keep the packaging until we've sorted it. If you can't take photos for some reason, still get in touch and we'll work it out.

Within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund for a faulty item, or a replacement if you'd rather.
After 30 days, tell us as soon as you notice and we'll replace it, or refund it if we can't. Your legal rights on faulty goods last longer than 30 days, and these terms don't cut them short.
We cover any postage to sort out a faulty, damaged or missing item.

Food and drink

The NUTRI-TEEN bar contains milk. Vidrate says its sachets have no known allergens. Full details are on the Pro Box page and each pack. Please check them before eating or drinking.
