First Touch
100 wall touches. Both feet. Beat your time every week.
Four weeks, one wall, one ball. Log your Week 1 and Week 4 times and see how far you've come.

How it works
The challenge
- Find a solid wall.Stand two big steps back from it.
- Pass it in, control it back.Right foot, then left. Every pass and every first touch counts as a touch.
- Time it to 100.Get someone to time you. Ball gets away from you? Go get it. The clock keeps running.
- Log it, then beat it.Write your time in your journal each week. In Week 4, log Week 1 and Week 4 here.
Level up
Too easy? Take another step back and play it one-touch. No stopping the ball.
"Stay on your toes, not your heels. A good first touch buys you time. A bad one gives it to the other team."

Log your result
Pop in your Week 1 and Week 4 results. You'll get your own player ID and a spot on this month's leaderboard. It's ranked on how much you improved, not who's quickest, so everyone's in with a shout.
Write it in your journal. You'll need it next month.
We've emailed the address you gave to check it's OK. Until they say yes, you show on the board as PLAYER #. Give them a nudge to check their inbox.
